About Baylor

Hi! I’m Baylor — a 12-year-old competitive cheerleader, crafter, business brain, and all-around go-getter.

I just finished my final youth season, and have made my first Level 6 Worlds team this year! When I’m not tumbling, stunting, or hitting the mat, I’m usually making something — stickers, custom tees, cozy blankets, you name it. I love creating things people will actually use, wear, or gift to others.

My very first business started when I was just 7 years old. I asked my parents for craft supplies, and they told me I’d need to earn the money myself. Challenge accepted. I grabbed all the toys I didn’t play with anymore, made “for sale” signs, and set up shop in the front yard. I also created artwork for a mini art show — and sold my pieces for $20 each. That night, I made over $500. Not bad for a second grader.

Ever since, I’ve been dreaming up new ideas, making my own products, and learning what it means to work hard and earn what you want. Every item in my shop helps fund my cheer journey — uniforms, competition fees, travel, and all the big dreams I’m chasing.

I’m a two-time Youth Summit Champion, but what I’m most proud of is showing up, giving my best, and never being afraid to ask for the sale.

Thanks for supporting me — it means more than you know.

Cheer is my passion!

I asked to join gymnastics with my friend when I was in Pre-k, and I have not stopped cartwheeling since (drives my parents crazy). I joined my first competitive cheer team when I was 7, and over the years competed on the following levels...

  • Youth, Level 1

  • Youth, Level 2

  • Junior, Level 2 (2x, 1x D2 Summit Top 5 placement)

  • Youth, Level 4 (Youth D2 Summit Champion)

  • Youth, Level 5 (Youth D2 Summit Champion)

  • Junior, Level 5 (D2 Summit Paid Bid, Finalist)

  • Senior, Level 4 (D2 Summit Bronze Champion)

More than just cheer.

When I’m not at the gym flipping, flying, or hitting full-outs, you’ll probably find me doing something equally awesome.

I play flute in the school band 🎶, where I’ve learned how powerful it feels to be part of a team that creates something beautiful (and sometimes, a little squeaky — but we’re working on it). I’m also in advanced academic classes — not because anyone expects me to be, but because I love to push myself and see what I’m capable of. If there’s an award to earn or a goal to chase, you better believe I’m going for it.

I’ll be honest — I can’t stand losing. I take everything I do seriously, maybe too seriously sometimes. My parents always remind me that it’s okay to take a breath and just be a kid. But I’ve always been wired a little different. Mom says I’m weird — but in the best way. She often quotes Dr. Suess when telling me how she loves my 'weird", “Why fit in when you were born to stand out?” and I believe her.

Whether I’m crafting something new, learning something challenging, or making people laugh with my super weird sense of humor (dad jokes included), I like doing things that matter. Things that make people smile. Things that make me proud.

I don’t just want to cheer—I want to lead. I don’t just want to dream—I want to do.

And I’m just getting started.
